I serve as a Backend Engineer, Project Leader, and Code Reviewer for multiple high-traffic web applications. My work involves building scalable backend systems using Node.js, MySQL, Redis, and Socket.io, with a strong focus on real-time communication and performance optimization. I design and implement Redis caching strategies, fine-tune database performance, and maintain high code quality through reviews and architectural planning. As a Project Leader, I set the technical direction, guide other developers, and ensure that best practices are followed across the team.

In parallel, I contribute as a Front-end Developer, building responsive web interfaces using Vue.js and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. All projects follow a Scrum-based workflow to ensure agile and iterative delivery, resulting in timely and efficient releases.
